The process of buying your estate is really very simple and easy for you.

Step 1: Tell us what you have in the estate and when we can get in to see the property. If you are not in town, perhaps a neighbor can let us in to evaluate the property. A list of assets will help as will other paperwork such as: appraisals, titles, anything you think will help.

Step 2: We will send you a written offer very quickly after viewing the property. Sometimes with special items we need to bring in an expert to assess the value.

Step 3: You review our offer and sign it, if it suits you.

Step 4: We send the signed contract to the title company for a title search and preparation of a title policy. This can usually be done in about five business days. Sometimes a survey is required.

Step 5: We schedule a closing, usually within a week. You do not have to be at the closing, if that is more convenient for you. The title company can mail all the documents and your check. If there are multiple heirs we can send out multiple checks.
